New 7th grade and 12th grade requirements for 2012
Beginning in the fall 2012, West Virginia 7th graders and 12th graders will have to show proof that they have had their Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria and acellular Pertussis) shot in addition to their MCV4 or Meningitis shot(s). High school seniors will need a second dose of MCV4 or the meningitis vaccine if the first shot was received before their 16th birthday.
Immunizations are by appointment only. Additional clinic times will be available to assist parents in meeting the new 7th/12th grade requirements. Click here for our calendar.
